Pathways to Digital Transformation

Join community member, Keith Warren, in a conversation about how Digital Transformation is driving enormous organization and culture change. An understanding of digital transformation will be essential knowledge for any organization design practitioner.  In this session we’ll discuss core concepts that will provide a grounding in digital transformation plus insights from some recent research in the field.  Specifically, we will cover:

  • MIT Sloan CISR research identifying 4 pathways to digital transformation
  • A simple model for understanding digital readiness
  • The implications for organization design and org practitioners
