Across every industry, digital technologies are redefining the way companies compete, consumers engage and how organizations are designed. Organization design theory, models, frameworks, and methods have shifted from traditional hierarchies to networks of technology-enabled platforms and work designs. This is a major shift in how people work, executives lead, and in the methods and tools of the organization designer. This pre-conference workshop will address the conceptual organization design frameworks and design methodologies for digital socio-technical design.
