Primary Reason That This Job is Being Posted
To expand our team’s OD advisory capacity to leaders at the VP level and above in the area of organizational transformation and culture change.
Prior experience facilitating large-scale corporate culture transformation is a must. This includes strong thought leadership and a proven ability to influence the mindsets and decision making of very senior leaders in large organizations. Use of common change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) is considered necessary but insufficient since this role is as much about management consulting and strategic business advising as it is traditional OD and change management.
Our current OD team is small and mighty. “Small” means just 3 consultants with no analysts (translation: we build our own slides). We constantly triage, prioritize, and focus our efforts to make the biggest possible impact with available resources. “Mighty” means we directly support the company’s most strategic, complex, and high risk corporate initiatives. Specific activities include organizational assessments and solutioning in the areas of culture shaping, organizational design, team development, and executive coaching.

This role further requires knowledge of change management principles and tools, and the ability to measure appropriate interventions to evaluate effectiveness and sustainability. Additional proficiency is required in organization design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and talent development to support human capital management processes and systems.
This role will lead the Organizational Design practice for the enterprise which is inclusive of further defining the org design philosophy, approach, methodology and tools. It will consult and lead large scale org design initiatives. In addition, the role will be responsible for our technology tool, Org Talent and Planning Hub (OTH), which provides strategic workforce planning and talent planning capabilities for the HR and Finance organization.
