Jeanna Kozak

Board Member

As a Principal in organization effectiveness with Humana, Inc., Jeanna Kozak leads enterprise level organization design and transformation projects, and also supports business leaders and business partners in building capability through organization design. She has extensive experience designing and scaling operating models, launching innovative new products, services, and technologies.  Jeanna is a trusted and critical partner to senior leadership in ensuring that Humana has the structure, systems, and people in place to successfully execute on a dynamically changing healthcare strategy. In addition to extensive experience in healthcare, she also has broad expertise in telecommunications.

Prior to joining Humana, Jeanna was most recently with PwC for nearly ten years in the finance center of excellence leading change, design, and transformation projects to ensure optimal returns on internal investments.  She has had the privilege of spending several years on a global team, creating a consistent platform and client experience across many countries and cultures. Before joining PwC she held a variety of external consulting leadership roles with boutique firms leading strategic projects with Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T.

Jeanna has an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA with a major in systems design from the University of Texas. She is also certified in organization design, change management, program management and several methodologies including Six Sigma.
