Keith is a Senior Strategic Talent Advisor with LS Power, an private equity investor and operator in energy infrastructure. He advises on Board and Leadership team builds, organizational design and effectiveness, and compensation design, and culture development across the investment life cycle. Keith’s passion in organization design is around creating meaningful work that solves for both economic and people outcomes.
Keith holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and has held a range of in-house operational and external consulting roles throughout his 20+ year career.
