Conference Lead
Kiersten Rippeteau is a Business Consultant in Palmer’s Organizational Strategy Group (OSG). Palmer serves the construction industry in IT Strategy, Financial & Risk Management, and Organizational Strategy. She started with Palmer in 2015 to help build out Palmer OSG. Since then, her focus has been on supporting General Contractor and Subcontractor leadership teams in creating successful, sustainable change and developing high performance teams.
Prior to joining Palmer, Kiersten was an Operations Manager at a top academic medical center in Chicago. In that role she was responsible for the organizational health (financial, systems & processes, and people & teams) of a Behavioral Sciences practice. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Management & Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University.
Kiersten is most passionate about helping organizations achieve health, effectiveness, and happiness by designing around their purpose and mission.
