Stuart Wigham MA, recently a Senior HR Manager, specializing in Organisation Design with Europe’s largest local authority, Birmingham City Council. He has been instrumental in the development of the European ODF and is currently a PhD researcher at Aston Business School. His expertise is within the Whole System school of thought with a particular interest in engagement principles and practice and applying Strategy, Reward and Equality principles. Stuart has spent much of his sixteen years experience within the UK local government, in recent years adopting and learning from commercial organisations and applying it within public sector. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA, and an Associate Fellow of the UK HEA.
