Stuart Wigham, PhD, is an Organization Design Consultant with 22 years experience of making successful change within organizations. His recent doctoral research focused on emerging organizations specializing in organization design and workforce psychology. His expertise is within the Whole System school of thought with a particular interest in engagement principles and applying Strategy, Reward, and Equality principles. Stuart has spent much of his professional career within the UK local government, in recent years adopting learning from commercial organizations and applying it within public sector at the most senior strategic level.
In addition to his role in ODF, he is on the board of directors of the European ODF. Stuart is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), a Fellow of the Royal Society for Commerce and Arts (RSA), and an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (HEA).
