00:15:42 Organization Design Forum: Welcome! 00:25:36 Catherine Geoffroy: Hi Lubna, Good to hear from you since Dortmund :) ! 00:25:46 Catherine Geoffroy: Catherine 00:37:51 Lubna: very much reminded of the good old RACI 00:42:51 Jeanna Kozak: administrative note: do we post newsletters on website? I can’t find them anywhere 00:44:39 Jeroen Van Bree: Jeanna, we have a newsletter archive on our EODF website: http://eodf.eu/knowledge-base/newsletter-archive/ (you need to be logged in to access it) 00:44:48 Michael Leckie: If you are interested, here is an article I recently wrote about digital but from a mindset, not organizing or design perspective. However there may be relevance in the “digital mind” discussed creating greater capability in organizations for design and redesign and seeing OD as an ongoing iterative process that leaders have to embrace as a leadership capability in a digital world. So, for your consideration https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/three-truths-digital-mind-michael-leckie/ 00:47:19 Lubna: same here, that was he Best ‘city’ 01:01:00 Lubna: there is no right or wrong in design 01:01:58 Jennifer Seifert: Agreed! What is best is what works best in that organization 01:02:51 Michael Leckie: “Self as instrument” Dr. Worley would be so proud. Still such a great concept. 01:06:35 Bill Zybach: There is certified training that helps identify capabilities, it is a starting point 01:06:48 Jennifer Seifert: What is called....? 01:07:36 Bill Zybach: Craig, can you answer that? 01:09:23 Michael Leckie: I worked with the folks from the Clarion group, who introduced me to ODF, to produce an operating model that we intend to use to help teams experiment with new ways of working to meet the needs of the new strategy (driven by digital) which leads to org design. I don’t think the model itself is where the value really is, I think it is the idea that we need to help teams learn how to rearrange themselves. What Tony does at Zappos is maybe a bridge too far for many but what the are certainly doing is mass org design and redesign daily 01:12:16 Jennifer Seifert: Thanks so much for the invite. This has been great and look forward to next month!
