00:48:15	Jardena DiGiorgio:	Ah yes, Rich Sheridan, I have read his book Joy, Inc, met him and heard him speak.  Love him!  I’d like to hear more about DOJ as my clients are more like 2500-250,000.  I think the principles hold, but there is more untangling than building.
