Describe each word in one to two sentences. Extend each of your "Sentences" by defining each of the ambiguous terms identified by the group. Does everyone agree with all of these outcomes? Let's negotiate. 00:56:42 Carol McEwan: Yes, I have used Hoshin Kanri - it can be useful for identifying enterprise goals and objectives. Unfortunately, many use it as a yearly exercise and I don’t find that useful. πŸ™‚ 00:57:27 -Tanya, ODF Admin: Carlos note from Howspace: I like to create scorecards for org design criteria that we use when discussing a short-list of alternatives. It lists, for example, 5 (could be 4 could be 6) attributes the final design must fulfill. Attributes are grouped into three categories: Most Important, Important, Less important. We then have individuals score each of the alternatives based on the criteria. Following that, the group discusses and debates their scoring on the way to making a final choice. 00:58:14 Jodie Goulden: Thanks Carol, I also saw it used as an annual tool. It looks like it may be useful for helping different units that have competing priorities to get alignment? 01:06:29 -Tanya, ODF Admin: Carol's message from Howspace: iObeya - A visual management platform enabling organizations to build their visual management systems (Visualize the flow from strategy through execution) - with bidirectinal jira integration 01:07:44 Evan Leybourn: The video competition that Carol was talking about: https://businessagility.institute/business-agility-conference-2022-video-contest 01:08:30 Jodie Goulden: If there is time, I would love to see Carol's video 01:16:22 Carlos Valdes-Dapena: Can you put links in the chat? 01:16:36 Jim Dowling: Evan: Consider adding Commitment tou your list. It reveals more issues and opportunities for individual and team development
