Theresa L Garcia is engaged as a Senior Organization Design Strategy Consultant and ICF-credentialed Executive NeuroLeadership Coach at the Boeing Company. Theresa guides NextGen leaders to adapt business operating models in response to new business and capability launch, global merger, acquisition and joint venture, and geo-diversification across the U.S., Europe, Asia and EMEA. She also builds enterprise capability in organization design and transformational change through the design and instruction of development courses.
Prior to joining the Boeing team, Theresa held senior leadership roles in Labor Management Relations, Employee Health and Safety, and Human Resources at Hughes Aircraft Company (Raytheon), Gaylord Container Corporation (Weyerhaeuser), Ernst & Young Consulting (EY), Capgemini Consulting, and Trust Leadership & Growth Consulting.
Theresa was introduced in 2004 to Organization Design and the ODF by Jay Galbraith, David Hitchin and Christopher Worley at Pepperdine University, where she earned a Master of Science in Organization Development. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and Executive Certificates in Applied NeuroLeadership from Pepperdine University and the NeuroLeadership Institute, and in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
