DIANA LARSEN – The Practitioner as Heroic Learner: Designing Learning Environments for Leaders, Teams, and Organizations

In the coming years, learning will emerge as a key competency for every organization, and for everyone from the boardroom to the executive suite to the front line. In this session, you’ll practice setting the conditions for maximum learning for yourselves and your design teams. You’ll leave with five crucial guidelines for heroic learners.


Participants will:

  • examine paths to becoming a heroic learner and choose their own best path
  • practice with five “rules” or principles for designing learning environments in the classroom and the workplace
  • explore and discuss five powerful questions to improve learning conditions
  • experience a celebration of learning and take away a plan for enhancing the fluent proficiency of leaders, teams, and/or their organization
