What are you fascinated by? Let us know!Topic: The Loss Experienced in Organization DesignEvery change has an element of loss. We leave what we have and enter a new reality. Even when this change is for the best, we experience loss. Organization Design is planned change that surfaces feelings of loss at the organization, team, and individual level. This month we will discuss how we as organization designers support our clients through their experiences of loss — of a job, of colleagues, of position or power. And we’ll discuss how we may support each other in managing this experience in our helping profession.  The ODF Coffee to Cocktails Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design.We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
