In this Behind the Curtain, we’ll explore how internal Organization Design practitioners can navigate the intersection of people, culture, strategy, and performance—and strengthen their impact in the process.Steven Leduc, Global Head of Organizational Development at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, uses stories and examples lived throughout a career to explore what it means to hold the internal Org Design role with both influence and credibility: building relationships, surfacing important tensions, guiding thoughtful discussions, and helping leaders connect organization design efforts to real business priorities.
