Taylor Jr., said 2024 will be a “reset moment” for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in organizations. It will come under attack, as we are already seeing. And this will be a time to examine the impacts DEI has had, and how our efforts can improve. In this month’s Coffee Club, we will discuss how we design for DEI — both as a result and a process. How do we ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the future organizations we design? And how do we ensure it in the process of designing? Join us as we explore these questions!The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field.
