It traces back to feudalism in both the East and West, if not earlier. It is, basically, what we know. Hierarchy, like anything, has its pros and cons. And there are alternatives.During this month’s Coffee to Cocktails Club, we’ll discuss hierarchy’s strengths and weaknesses and explore other ways of organizing.
