In this month’s Coffee to Cocktails Club, we’ll examine organizations B.O.D. (Before Org Design). We’ll take two views on the topic. From the organization’s perspective, we’ll consider what the organization may be experiencing that tells it organization design is on the horizon. And, from the practitioner’s perspective, we’ll ask what we do to prepare the organization for design work.
