Let us know!  July Topic: Design as a Means of Negotiation / Reaching AgreementsThe critical role of negotiation and agreement-building within the organization design process, particularly when addressing effectiveness across multiple organizational units. Participants will share their experiences and strategies for understanding diverse stakeholder interests, developing mutually beneficial options, and navigating trade-offs to reach legitimate agreements.
