In response to the feedback from our Sept. 16 Pop-Up Conversation on racial inclusion into both our community of practice and our design work with clients, we are pleased to offer the following three dialogues that focus on actions we can take:

These sessions will be participative and use a strengths-based, systemic design approach. It is highly desirable that participants attend all three sessions, since each session will build on the previous session.

How might we incorporate racial diversity into strategic discussions with our org design clients?
