11:00 am - 12:15 pm

In response to the feedback from our Sept. 16 Pop-Up Conversation on racial inclusion into both our community of practice and our design work with clients, we are pleased to offer the following three dialogues that focus on actions we can take:

Join the conversations –
Wednesdays, Nov 4, 11, & 18 @ 11:00 AM (ET)

These sessions will be participative and use a strengths-based, systemic design approach.  It is highly desirable that participants attend all three sessions, since each session will build on the previous session.

After their active engagement in our initial conversation Racial Diversity in the Field of Organization Design on September 16th, this next series of discussions are being designed and facilitated by ODF community members, Julia Flower and Bernard Mohr

Session #1 – Nov 4th (90mins)

What do we want to create/where do we want to get to?

    • For Our ODF Community of Practice
    • For Our Work With Clients

Session #2 – Nov 11th (~75 – 90 mins)

How might we increase racial diversity within the ODF community of practitioners?

Session #3 – Nov 18th (~75 – 90 mins)

How might we incorporate racial diversity into strategic discussions with our org design clients?

**Unlike our other virtual connections, our Pop-Up Conversations are an experiment we are running – an effort to build community by sharing ideas in a casual group conversation, with a little structure and gently facilitated to encourage contributions by all participants.**
