Requirements:
Certification is based on related work experience and/or completing or teaching 24 hours of organization design courses and conducting 1040 hours (25% of a 40-hour work week) of organization design work within the last two years, including:
- Attending our annual conference
- Attendance at ODF/EODF/ODC sponsored events
- Participate in a voluntary position in support of an organization design community
