ON THE MARK (OTM) is growing, and needs to hire two Support Consultants to work on client-based projects and other initiatives. This is the ideal first job for an ambitious graduate looking to enter the exciting world of management consultancy with a vibrant, progressive and global company.

Role Description:

The role is responsible for a share of successful networking and business development, planning and
delivery of organization design projects, contributing to OTM IP and brand assets. Business development
and business winning includes reaching out, attending events in the evening and weekends, qualifying of
leads, proposal writing and contract winning. OTM’s consulting delivery model is based on teams of
support consultants and consultants, working alongside senior consultants on projects from start to
finish, working from the “process consultant” perspective utilizing the power of collaborative
approaches. OTM’s consulting model is not based on a partner making a sale, then passing off to an
army of junior consultants to deliver the assignment.

Organization Design Consultant

In this FTE role, you will:

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge, expertise and skills in consulting with clients on organization design and operations solutions within enterprise-wide, multinational corporations across various industries.
  • Anticipate, plan and lead organization design work efforts, including translating strategy into design criteria and principles; work and process design; creating high level operating models; defining business unit, function and teams; job and role design; architecting scorecards, metrics and reward systems; and finding ways to optimize the organization.
  • Sound understanding and application of organization design techniques and methods – such as strategic workforce planning and building the change process into the organization design approach
  • Leverage strong communications skills to collaborate and work with diverse Centric and Client teams to achieve project and change adoption objectives

Director, Leadership and Org Effectiveness

Location: Irving, TX / Fort Meyer, FL

About this Role:

The Director, Leadership and Organization Effectiveness is responsible for designing and delivering individual-, team-, and organization-level surveys and assessments to support enterprise talent management initiatives. In addition, the Director will provide consultative support to the company’s business units and functions on a variety of organization development projects, such as talent reviews/succession plans, performance management initiatives, organization design, targeted surveys, and senior leadership team alignment.

What you’ll need:

  • MA/MS degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field; PhD preferred
  • At least 7 years of work experience in talent management, organization development, or organization effectiveness; management consulting experience desired
  • Subject matter expert in survey design (i.e., administration, analysis, reporting, and action planning) and various forms of individual assessment for selection and development (e.g., psychometric, situational judgment, simulation)
  • Possesses exceptional project management, work coordination, facilitation, and consultation skills
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; is comfortable delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences
  • Able to convey complex, data-based concepts in practical and easy-to-understand terms for general business audiences
