Organizational Design Lead
Location: Remote US
I’m hiring an #OrganizationDesign Lead to join our team at Ascension.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to redraw org charts.
It’s for someone who enjoys asking questions before recommending structure.
You’ll work on operating models, leadership structures, governance, spans and layers, workforce analytics, executive facilitation, and enterprise organization design across a large, complex health system.
I’m especially interested in people who:
- can work comfortably with large workforce datasets and Excel,
- can facilitate senior leaders through ambiguity without becoming the loudest voice in the room,
- enjoys turning analysis into practical recommendations, and
- knows that organization design is about improving work, not just changing reporting relationships
If that sounds like your kind of work, I’d encourage you to apply. https://jobs.ascension.org/us/
