Sr Director Analyst, Organizational Design
Location: Remote US
As we all know, building OD capability is an important 2026 priority for HR and enterprise leaders. With that in mind, Gartner is hiring a Sr Director Analyst, Organizational Design (Remote US).
This is a great opportunity to support HR Executives in partnering with their C‑suite peers as they navigate organization design on an enterprise level.
We’re looking for someone with:

- Deep expertise across organizational design (12+ years)
- Experience in both in‑house HR roles (OD COE/specialist and/or business HR leadership) and in a consulting environment
- Strong senior‑leader engagement skills and the ability to simplify complexity
- M&A experience, given the OD challenges linked to integration and scale
- Understanding of the critical role of work and process design in realizing the full benefits of AI.

VP, Client Solutions
Location: Remote; prefer home-base to be near a major metro market, especially the west or sourtheast
Stewart Leadership is a leadership development, team development, talent management, and change consulting, coaching, and training company. The VP, Client Solutions will lead the sales and marketing efforts in a targeted geographical area. This is a virtual position that offers a high degree of autonomy. This person will report to the president and work closely with the executive consultants and coaches and peer client solutions team.
The ideal candidate has a background in sales, marketing, or communication, combined with experience in learning and organizational development as a coach and/or consultant. Previous consulting experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
The VP, Client Solutions will establish strong business relationships resulting in long-term client partnerships with primary role focusing on prospecting, client development, contracting, and managing client relationships.
- Identify, pursue, engage, and consult with HR and business leaders to sell Stewart Leadership’s products and consulting solutions building long-term and lucrative partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets that will be determined annually along with account management of 25+ key clients, 25+ potential key clients, and another 50+ account prospects through a variety of sales and marketing activities.
- Utilize digital marketing, association events, email sequences, sales enablement tools, calls, company visits, and other activities to accelerate growth in sales pipeline.
- Attend local or regional conferences sponsored by Stewart Leadership to gain market awareness and brand name recognition while gathering and nurturing leads.
- Although 80% of the role is expected to focus on business development, approximately 20% can be reserved for acting as the executive consultant and coach for clients where skill set is best aligned with client needs.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business experience with experience in sales, marketing, and/or human resources
- Professional services business development, consultative selling experience required
- Master’s degree or beyond preferred
- Human Capital Consulting experience and coaching training or certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation, communication, listening, writing, editing, and conversational skills
- Strong professional, confident, and humble presence in working with leaders at all levels
- Selling skills and excellent relationship building ability; strong emotional intelligence
- HubSpot or other CRM experience

- Willingness to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and contribute to company growth goals
- Ability to travel as needed (estimated at 25% or less overnight travel)
- Prefer home-base to be near a major metro market, especially the west or sourtheast

International Senior Consultant
Location: US and/or UK/EU
The Role and Requirements:
OTM is searching for talented, exceptional and experienced Senior Consulting practitioners to successfully carry out the following key responsibility areas. The ideal candidate(s) must have a proven, demonstrable track record in:
- Successful planning and delivering of organization designs and/or modernizing operating models for an entire enterprise, BU’s or Functions or departments.
- Doing substantive change work both as an internal and external (ideally). Can meaningfully discuss the difference between change management and change readiness.
- Training in and use of a variety of collaborative methodologies. E.g., Whole-scale change, Participative Design, Search Conference, Brief Strategic Change, etc.
- Masterful at process consultation/group facilitation. E.g., Schein, Swartz, TOP methods, etc.
- Successful business development/winning. Able to a bring client base and/or network to OTM.
- Build lasting mutually-beneficial customer relationships with C-level execs, senior and front-line staff. Executive presence a must.
- Able to plan, lead and execute complex and complicated projects. Able to do real work.
- Record of writing and delivering original content in our field. Willingness to contribute to OTM IP, original content at www.on-the-mark.com.
- Desiring to make a career choice to work in a global boutique professional services firm as an integral part of a small, cohesive, strong, capable team.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally with minimal constraint up to two weeks per month on average.
- Commerical experience a huge plus working both as an internal and external.
- Work in culturally diverse, global environments. Bi-lingual skills a plus.
The role is responsible for successful business winning (4x their total comp package), planning, leading and implementing complicated and complex transformation projects from start to finish, contributing to OTM IP and brand assets. Business development/winning includes generating and qualifying of leads, proposal writing and contract winning. OTM invests significant resources into marketing.
OTM’s consulting model is based on senior consultants undertaking real work from the start to the finish of an assignment, supported by a small team of colleagues, utilizing the power of collaborative approaches. OTM’s consulting model is not based on a partner making a sale, then passing off to an army of junior consultants to deliver the assignment.
