- Deliver expertise to a variety of projects including organization assessment, organization design, change leadership, and culture transformation across a diverse set of business units
- Identify the organizational development strategies that best support business objectives
- Work with organizational leaders to perform a comprehensive current state assessment, and translate strategic and business requirements into future state design criteria
- Create organizational structures, operating models, engagement, and governance models that are aligned with enterprise business strategy
- Effectively guide executive leadership through processes designed to create business entities that deliver on goals plans or business objectives
- Create integration, transition and operational planning in support of organizational/structural alignment or change
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive change management strategy across projects, programs, policies and processes within specific departments using Agile and Waterfall project based OCM support.
- Develop change strategy that considers vertical impacts within any given business unit, and horizontally across the company when impact is identified in multiple business units.
- Continually develop and apply broad organizational knowledge and acumen to address business and organizational challenges by recognizing patterns through an enterprise and systems thinking mindset
- Consult with senior leadership and HR to develop strategies that assess and increase overall organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvements across business units
- Develop strategies that assess organizational change readiness and facilitate mindset shifts and/or behavior changes across a diverse set of stakeholders and geographies
- Lead the design and development of key organizational effectiveness, projects, programs, and processes across specific business units in support of change stabilization.
- Will be responsible for consultative and customized solutions that address work environment issues, designing strategies to maintain or strengthen the health and performance of Edison’s overall business units experiencing change impacts.
- Provide strategic analyses, advice, and education to executives and managers on how to recover from change impacts by creating holistic transition plans designed to stabilize the project future state aspirations.
- Act as a liaison between the departments of HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, and various client organizations to develop plans and make recommendations on the implementation of integrated solutions for the business.
- Perform detailed analyses of organizational health in the work environment as it relates to the “whole system” model and specifically to enhance the work unit climate during and after change events.
- Facilitate thought leadership conversations and complex discussions on organizational health & work environment initiatives and solutions.
- Lead and direct internal and external org development project teams.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
The essentials
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading/managing and/or working with organizational design and development.
The preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, I/O Psychology, OD or related field.
- Certification in change management methodology, preferred.
- Seven or more years of change leadership experience, developing and implementing enterprise wide OCM programs/projects to include OCM technology related projects in a given portfolio.
- Certification in the PROSCI Change Methodology and a working knowledge of the ADKAR model.
- Experience providing advice and counsel to executives and senior managers on large-scale org development and change projects that have a moderate to major impact on the organization.
- Experience identifying and managing expectations of key stakeholders across multiple organizations that are impacted by the project.
- Experience establishing and managing project OD/OCM plans, measures of success and dashboards to provide regular status updates to clients.
- Experience identifying and mitigating impacts to client work, roles and processes.
- Experience managing project tasks and ensuring quality of all work products including change impact workshops, readiness assessments, team health assessments, transition plans, stakeholder assessments, etc.
- Experience acting as lead to contract and/or junior SCE resources supporting project work.
- Experience managing vendor contracts for supplemental support.
- Experience hiring and managing external project OD/change management support resources.
- Experience facilitating solutions to clients’ team effectiveness issues, identifying appropriate interventions, and ensuring follow-up to resolution.
- Experience creating and delivering complex and detailed presentations for audiences from front-line workers to executives.
- Experience developing, maintaining, implementing, and continuously improving the OD/OCM standards, tools, and methodology.

- Work Mode: When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Organization Design Consultant

OTM is searching for talented, exceptional, and experienced Organization Design practitioner to successfully carry out the following key responsibilities. At a minimum, the ideal candidate(s) must bring:
- Minimum of a University degree.
- Demonstrated five to seven (5-7) years’ experience in planning and delivering organization design solutions. Beyond changing organization charts.
- Practical working knowledge and experience in organization design.
- Practical working knowledge and experience delivering change work. Proactive change work (not change management).
- Skilled in fundamental facilitation skills. Will need to provide evidence of expertise and/or trainings successfully completed. Leading teams and groups through decision making, problem-solving and planning.
- Experience working as both as an internal and external change agent. (Internal = HR, Lean, OD, Finance, Operations, etc. and external = consultant).
- Skilled in using various collaborative methodologies (e.g., Whole-Scale Change,
- Participative Design, Open Space, ICA TOP Methods, etc.). Will need to provide evidence of expertise and/or trainings successfully completed.
- Skilled in process consultation.
- Have some experience of successful business development and business winning.

Support Consultant
Location: US
Role Description:
In this entry level position as a Support Consultant, you will become an integral member of the OTM Consulting team and travel the globe, working remotely when not on a project. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to work with leading companies around the world and be client facing with top executives your first month on the job. You will have the chance to learn OTM proprietary business transformation methodology directly from top practitioners in the field and gain exposure to a vast range of global businesses.
A Support Consultant will have to manage the project from end-to-end; starting with the initial contact with clients through to the planning and preparation of workshops and follow-up work. You will rapidly develop consulting skills on-site with clients taking on more responsibilities in workshops as you supportour Senior Consultants. In time, you will have the ability to produce documentation (layout, formatting, graphics, flow & linkages) that tells both the narrative story and transformational blueprint of our customer organizations.
Required:
- A University degree or equivalent
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Project management and attention to detail
- Able to travel, including both domestic and international (up to 50-70% of the time). Please note that all travel is suspended as of now due to the global pandemic. Employee and client health is a priority for us and we won’t allow travel to occur until the world has more of a handle on COVID19.

- 1-3 years of organization design experience or understanding of/training in organization design
