March Topic: The Many Elements of Structure

When people think of Organization Design, their minds often go to Structure, specifically to org charts. While these are tangible visual understanding of organizational structure, they do not show the whole picture. This month we will explore the many elements of organizational structure and how to design for them. Bring your curiosity and previous learnings so that we can collectively paint a picture of a holistic understanding of organizational structure.

The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
