Julie Hendrickson

Advisory Board Member

Julie is an Organization Design and Development (OD&D) practitioner who is committed to supporting leaders who are tasked with driving high performance organizations and solving large, complex problems. She has worked at many Fortune 500 companies in various internal consultant roles, including Volvo, Caterpillar, Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, News Corp, and Philips. Additionally, she has externally consulted around the world spending time on various strategy and operating model projects. Several selected examples to highlight include International Justice Mission in Washington D.C., Inelys in France, Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Costa Rica, John Lewis Partnership in the UK, and Morita in Japan.
Her breadth of experience is global, cross-functional, and spanning multiple industries, which has given her a creative, distinct, and dynamic lens.

She went to Pepperdine University where she earned her master’s in Organization Development. In her free time, Julie enjoys training her dogs, reading, and attending courses at the Gestalt International Study Center and Cleveland Gestalt Institute.

Julie was first introduced to the ODF several years ago. She joins the board with a global, multidisciplinary perspective and enthusiasm to serve and connect with the organization design community.
