Hamish McConnochie

Hamish is a Customer Success Manager at Nakisa, partnering with clients to reach their organization transformation and workforce planning goals. He’s previously been an organization design and development consultant with MartinJenkins and Deloitte, an internal organization design and development advisor with TD Bank, a corporate strategy advisor with Desjardins, and also a technology consultant with Orgvue.

He focuses on applying data-driven methodologies and technology solutions to enhance organization design and performance, including leveraging HR SaaS platforms. He’s worked with government organizations and with companies in a  range of industries, leading organization design work streams on the widely recognized “Next Evolution of Work” initiative at TD Bank, and coordinating a critical process improvement and risk management project at Desjardins.

Hamish holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts from the Victoria University of Wellington and is fluent in English and French. He and his family reside in Montréal, Québec, Canada, the fourth country that he has made his home.
