Rahul is a Support Consultant at ON THE MARK (OTM) and is proud to be OTM’s first masterclass participant turned employee. Rahul is passionate about leveraging org design capabilities to align organizations and deliver their strategic or competitive advantage.

Rahul has immersive experience working across public and private sector organizations in India to drive performance and effectiveness outcomes. He worked extensively in the social impact sector in India, assisting state governments drive innovation and system reforms in public education, impacting 90k primary teachers and 1.5 million primary school children. Rahul has worked on organization development projects involving culture assessment, knowledge management, and process re-engineering with Indian start-ups, MNCs and conglomerates.

Rahul holds a Masters in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai) and a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Thapar University, Punjab). He is a Gandhi Fellow wherein he spent 2 years working with 5 public school Principals in rural India and improved student academic performance by 18%.
