Working alongside global brands, I’ve partnered with organizations and business leaders in various industries to drive organizational health and effectiveness and ultimately achieve profitable results that have gone on to benefit their communities, businesses, and lives. Now, through The Sassy Entrepreneur, I look to continually inspire, influence, and drive results for companies and leaders on a local and global scale.

Serving in a variety of leadership roles both in industry and as a consultant, I’ve worked with clients of all sizes— from start-ups to Fortune 500’s— and have seen the value that comes from being bold, having courage, and taking calculated risks. As a Managing Partner and Principal of The Sassy Entrepreneur, I serve as a resource for Executive and Senior Leaders providing — executive coaching, business strategy & advisory services, org design & development, STEM coaching & mentoring, developing “go to market” strategies — that help leaders and their teams organize, prioritize, focus, and achieve their business outcomes.

Outside of advising and mentoring leaders and businesses, I am involved with both ASTIA.org and Inner City Advisors helping start-ups and small businesses in inner-city communities create jobs, improve their communities, and create a sense of hope.
