Topic: Designing for Differentiation
Much of our work as organization designers is to help organizations adapt to capably and competitively realize differentiated strategies and their accompanying tradeoffs and constraints. In a management context that craves the security of best practices, we’ll be talking about how we deliver designs that embrace bold differentiation, constraints, and tradeoffs that better deliver strategy.
This month’s guest host, Brandon Curry, is the founder and managing advisor of Work Arts, an organization and performance advisory firm specializing in organization design, organization development, and enterprise transformation initiatives that help build more effective and engaged organizations.
