Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.

We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic:  Activating Designs for Impact

Realizing the promise of effective organization design – aligning organizations to achieve its strategic objectives and other desired outcomes – requires skilled process facilitation and stakeholder engagement to navigate the dynamics of organizations and instigate change. There’s little more disheartening than to see design efforts, stakeholder time, and resources wasted as designs are not activated to deliver any change or impact.

This session aims to engage the ODF practitioner community in a discussion on how to manage design processes to achieve lasting change and impact.

Your insights and experiences will be invaluable in helping us to improve the effectiveness of our organization design work.
