Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.

We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic: Learning in Organization Design

It’s the end of the year and for many of us, this is a time for reflection, recognition, and resolution. How do we humbly and intentionally learn at the individual and group levels to be and become better designers?

We’ll plan for 3 x 13-minute breakouts:

Round 1: How and why do you practice/facilitate learning loops in your design work to engage stakeholders?

Round 2: What one experience, resource, or relationship has most influenced and developed you as an organization designer? 

Round 3: What one thing are you most grateful to have learned this year (… that will impact you as an organization designer)?
