Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: What informs your Org Design Practice?
Organization Design draws from a number of fields. From Architecture to Business, History to Biology, and Complexity Theory to Evolutionary Psychology. Where do you find your inspiration? And what can we learn from each other’s interests?
As we lean into a new year of Organization Design theory and practice, what will be lighting your “spark”? Where do we get our inspiration? Join us for the first Coffee to Cocktails Club of 2025 and get sparked for a year ahead.
The ODF Coffee to Cocktails Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
