Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Meeting the Moment: Designing for the External Environment
Organization design is meant to align strategy and results. If the current US and global environment is telling us anything, it’s that our strategies don’t always keep up with the changes to the external environment. So how can our organizations? Rather than asking how to redo the strategy and then the organization design, we must ask ourselves how to design for what lies beyond strategy.
