Join Brandon Curry, ODF Community Engagement volunteer, and let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.

We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.

Topic: Social Learning Amongst a Community of Practitioners

This month will be an appreciative discussion with two rounds with a prompting question, followed by a ‘freestyle’ third round. These sessions are about social learning amongst a community of practitioners.

We’ll spend our time sharing the “bests” that we have experienced and adopted into our personal design practices. . .

What one diagnostic approach, methodology, or practice has most influenced or impacted your:
1. client work to effectively establish design aspirations / criteria?
2. work to engage clients (design teams) to develop and choose design options that achieve their ambitions?
