Topic: My Favorite Mistakes
Organization Design is as much an art as a science. And like all art, what may feel like a mistake can turn out to be one of our most important creations. This month we’ll be talking about those mistakes that helped a client move forward, taught us something new, or got us and others unstuck on an issue. What went so wrong that it was right? What felt like a failure until it wasn’t? And, most importantly, how did it help? Come share your experience and hear from others as we strengthen our connections in the field.
