For our next ‘Independents’ Consulting Session, we will be talking about Staffing Your Project for Success

During this ‘Indies’ Consulting session we will talk about the value and importance of partnering with other practitioners and the nuts and bolts of doing that. We’ll take a look at how to staff a project — one you cannot (and should not) do alone and discuss when and how to bring in partners.
