September Topic: Job Families & Job Design Frameworks
Job families and job design have long been geeky subjects, with some organization design practitioners avoiding the area entirely.
Given that every single job is or will be touched by AI, automation or robots, that entire industries are reshaping, that only a fraction of the workforce has returned to the traditional office model, that agile teams are increasingly prevalent, what has changed or needs to change to ensure the framework is current, nimble, and competitive?
