Organization design has its roots in a simple question: how do humans interact with machines to get work done? 70 years after Emery and Trist pursued this, the ODF 2023 annual conference last week in Philadelphia was full of talk about the impact of Generative AI on organization design. But, what about the impact of Generative AI on organization designers? This month we’ll talk about how we as practitioners can interact with advancing technology to improve our craft.
The ODF Coffee (or Cocktails) Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design.
The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
