June Topic: Org Designers are always learning, let’s consider who we have become thru our work
As organization designers, we are in a constant state of learning — about the client organization (whether internal or external), about human behavior, and about ourselves. Practicing organization design means impacting others and being impacted by them. In conducting our work, we enter into relationships of mutuality based on learning, growth, and change. This month we will discuss our own learning and growth. We’ll explore who we have become through this work and what we have learned along the way. In doing so, we will enter into mutual learning with each other and build deeper connections that may reveal some new understandings about ourselves and our work.
The ODF Coffee (or Cocktails) Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design.
The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
