August Topic: Organization Design in the Nonprofit Sector: The Differences that Make a Difference
This month we will explore both the what and the how of organization design in the nonprofit sector. We will seek to understand what makes a nonprofit operating model unique and how we practice our craft differently when working with nonprofit organizations, as opposed to corporate or government entities. No experience working with nonprofits is necessary to engage in this rich conversation.
The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
