October Topic: The Emotions of Organization Design
Organization Design is a high-stakes, high-emotion exercise. It affects everything from a leader’s self-concept to a frontline worker’s livelihood. And it often leads to disparate parties needing to work together in new ways. How do we as organization designers work with the emotions our clients (internal or external) face throughout the process? How do we work with our own emotional experience?
The Org Design Coffee Club will meet monthly for group conversation on topics of special interest in the field. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
