Julian is an organization strategy, design, and development practitioner focused on creating a healthier society that works for all. His work bridges strategy to action across the corporate, government, nonprofit, and political spheres.

Julian is a Strategy Manager with Accenture’s Operating Model and Organization Design practice, where he leverages the the Kates Kesler methodology to support corporate clients in tackling complicated organization design challenges such as enterprise agility at scale, growth and innovation, and complexity and cost management.

Julian is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of 11A Collaborative, a social impact consulting firm using purpose-driven organization design, development, and coaching to support individuals and organizations creating social change. Clients have included international NGOs focused on human rights, peacebuilding, and health through housing, two purpose-driven agencies, a third-generation Holocaust survivor nonprofit, and the Manhattan Borough President’s Office.

Julian is a four-time published author and the recipient of the Organization Development Network’s Emerging Practitioner Award.
