Rossina Gil is a Global Leadership & Organization Development Practitioner, who specializes in Cross-Cultural Management Consulting and Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to her founding her own boutique consultancy, Rossina served as Director and Global Product Manager with Mattel Media and Disney Interactive. She is an author and TEDx Speaker.
Rossina holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management (Malibu, CA); and, a Master of Arts in International Studies from the Claremont Graduate University’s Center for Politics and Economics (Claremont, CA).
Rossina has lived and worked in Spain, Denmark, and Colombia; and, currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Description:
Most people know how to be empathetic; it’s just that many of us don’t know how to use the most effective sequence. Then, there are those of us who could use some more support in understanding others’ perspectives, and, lastly, there are the apathetic ones – who may, at least, realize that their way tends to end up showing themselves the highway, so they probably should communicate differently, without having to resort to singing kumbaya. This session is a shortened version of a 5-hour program designed to increase efficiency and efficacy between you and others, as well as to maximize creative problem-solving among team members.
