European Organization Design Forum announced their virtual Winter Masterclass Program

FOCUS: This course provides the core frameworks and methods in organizational design. It offers a practical mix of concepts, tools and examples from leading companies. The four modules of the course can be taken as separate learning events, or you can join all to benefit from the complete masterclass.

IDEAL FOR: business leaders, HR, OE and other specialist professionals who support strategy execution and improvements, entire (project) teams and consultants.

EXPECT: A highly practical and application-based program. By gaining a solid foundation in organization design, you will learn how to build a high-performing organization. This is a highly interactive course where learning happens through discussion, practice and case studies. The course is led by Certified Organization Design Professionals who have deep, hands-on OD experience.

• Module 1:  11th – 12th November 2020
• Module 2:  9th – 10th December 2020
• Module 3:  13th – 14th January 2021
• Module 4:  10th – 11th February 2021

Programme delivery

• Our winter programme will be facilitated virtually, using Zoom and collaboration tools
• Modules are delivered over two consecutive 1/2 days (9:00am – 12:30pm EST)

Benefits

• Each module is equivalent to 8 educational units and contributes toward the 24 required to apply for Certified Organisation Design Professional (CODP) status. On completion of either all four modules or the Complete Masterclass participants will be eligible to receive:
  • A non-voting membership in the Organisational Design Community for one year (value: $150)
  • A co-branded certificate specifically, as testament to the completion of the accredited organisation design course
