Dallin is a management consulting leader with a demonstrated history assisting global organizations in implementing new strategies and navigating change through organization design and operating model modernizations. Is industry agnostic and has worked with a number of Fortune 20, Fortune 500, high growth mid-cap organizations, and non-profit organizations at all levels of transformation.
Currently operates as an Engagement Executive at AlignOrg, collaborating closely with C-Suite executives and senior leaders, in delivering end-to-end strategic and holistic organizational transformation initiatives. Previously delivering high-impact transformation projects with Slalom and ON THE MARK.
Dallin was first introduced to the ODF through colleagues in 2019 where he first started attending online events and later joined the conference planning committee for the 2021 conference. He joins the board with a fresh perspective and excitement to serve and further connect with the organization design community.
