ODF Board Members
After 35 years as an organization, we continue to have at least twelve volunteer board members at any one time, who are a mix of internal corporate practitioners and external consultants.

Who we are and what you would be doing
The ODF board is a working board of volunteers* that organizes and delivers ODF offerings, including the annual conference, monthly opportunities to connect and learn, and advancing practitioner skills with OD 101 and other content. The Board also ensures fiscal stewardship and long-term planning. Please read more about the board role expectations HERE.
What our board members experience and achieve
We have a passion for organization design and we rely on community, practice and knowledge to be successful. We share a great sense of humor and we have fun.

- A passion for ODF demonstrated through previous involvement with our committees or events
- Professional experience in organization design
- Background that increases the diversity of the current board
- Skills (such as website/tech, marketing, or finance) as needed to fill gaps
- Willingness to commit to a 3 year term

*Board positions are unpaid. Members assume costs for conference registration, annual strategy planning meeting attendance and travel as required.
