Dallin Whitfield

Dallin is a quickly developing practitioner in organization design & operating model optimizations as a Consultant at Slalom. Slalom is global consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation with a local market model. Before being brought in to help grow Slalom’s organization design capability in San Diego, he was previously a consultant at a leading organization design firm, ON THE MARK.
He is an industry agnostic practitioner that has a demonstrated history of delivering both large scale enterprise wide and functional transformations for a number of fortune 500 organizations. Graduating with a degree in Business Law from Arizona State University, he was initially interested in doing M&A work from a legal perspective before becoming much more interested in the human and operating model side of change.
Dallin was first introduced to the ODF through colleagues in 2019 where he first started attending online events and later joined the conference planning committee for the 2021 conference. He joins the board with a fresh perspective and excitement to serve and further connect with the organization design community.
