Topic: Hierarchy and Its Alternatives
Human organizing has taken the form of hierarchy for centuries. It traces back to feudalism in both the East and West, if not earlier. It is, basically, what we know. Hierarchy, like anything, has its pros and cons. And there are alternatives.
During this month’s Coffee to Cocktails Club, we’ll discuss hierarchy’s strengths and weaknesses and explore other ways of organizing. Join us for some deep questioning and big dreaming!
