Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Coaching in Organization Design
In this month’s Coffee to Cocktails Club, we’ll explore how coaching and organization design can integrate to create better change processes and outcomes. We’re asking the open question: How do these two practices work together? Together, we’ll explore the value proposition of integrating coaching and organization design.
The ODF Coffee to Cocktails Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
