Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Org Design Warm Ups
What happens before the organization design gets started? In this month’s Coffee to Cocktails Club, we’ll examine organizations B.O.D. (Before Org Design). We’ll take two views on the topic. From the organization’s perspective, we’ll consider what the organization may be experiencing that tells it organization design is on the horizon. And, from the practitioner’s perspective, we’ll ask what we do to prepare the organization for design work. The underlying supposition for this month’s conversation is that Org Design starts before it starts! Join us for a rich discussion into the world B.O.D.
