Let’s talk all things Organization Design! ODF will host a monthly virtual coffee (or cocktail depending on where you are in the globe) club for people interested in or working in the field.
We meet monthly for two to three rounds of small group conversations on topics of special interest to practitioners.
Topic: Geography as a Driver of Org Design
How does geography play into your organization design work? This month we’ll discuss geography as a driver in organization design, learning the different ways location factors into organization realities. Some organizations are very localized, meaning built around a home base, whereas others are more widespread, factoring in multiple geographies to their work. We’ll explore how these differences influence an organization’s design, and how we as designers adapt to them.
The ODF Coffee to Cocktails Club is a place to connect, share, and learn. We build community around a shared passion for Organization Design. We encourage people at all levels of experience and a vast array of interests to attend.
